It belongs to the Invensys Group (80 offices and 42 technical service centers). The Group has a worldwide sales and service network. It is a manufacturer of safety instrument systems such as safety instrument sis systems and ESD systems. Later, it was acquired by Schneider Electric and became an important product line of Schneider Group.
